Jess is an ICF accredited mindset coach, mindfulness facilitator, holistic counselor, meditation teacher, wellbeing coach, energy medicine practitioner, and registered nurse. With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, she values a holistic approach to health and overall happiness. She also holds a strong belief in mind-body medicine, which complements naturopathy well.

In our sessions we use a range of different techniques such as wheel of life evaluation, mindfulness and meditation practices, neurolinguistic programming, breath work, timeline therapy, identifying and addressing limiting beliefs and explore goal setting. I am ultimately here to guide you through a journey of self discovery and it is very much client lead.
