My passion for nutrition began while living in Spain, where I became deeply inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle and approach to food. It was there that I discovered food is far more than flavour, presentation, or texture. Food as medicine, diet, lifestyle and personalised nutraceuticals has the powerful ability to support healing and optimise wellbeing.
After spending 10 years working as a commercial chef, including five years in Spain, I returned to Australia to pursue formal studies in a Bachelor of Health Science Clinical Nutrition. My experience in both the culinary and health industry has shaped the way I approach nutrition today.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate the endless stream of wellness information available. My mission is to simplify that process by helping you look beyond the noise and focus on what truly supports your body.
